Six ounces, baked to order the morning of pickup. A caramelized edge, a soft gooey center, a drawer box with a place for every cookie.

Six made every day. And one that’s only here for a little while.
From the Biscoff everyone comes for to the Pistachio Kunafah stuffed with crunchy kunafa and real pistachios. Then there’s The Monthly Edit: one new flavor, made for this month only.

The one everyone asks for
Start with the Biscoff. Everyone does.
A rich, buttery cookie with caramelized Biscoff crumbs and cinnamon baked through it, a luscious cookie butter filling, and creamy white chocolate chips. If this is your first box, make it this one.
They call the box a work of art.
Every order comes in the drawer box, six cookies in their own compartments, packed by hand. People tend to take a photo before they slide it open. Add a note at checkout and Tina writes it in herself.

Founder
Meet Tina.
Tina grew up in San Diego, baking beside her mom, chasing the flavors that tasted like summer and home. These are the cookies she couldn’t stop making, so she built Dolce around them. Every batch is still made by her hand, in Orange County.
