Ordering
How do I order?
Order online and choose pickup or local delivery at checkout. Every box is baked to order for the date you select, and there is no walk in storefront.
How much is a box?
Cookies are available in boxes of four, six, or twelve, with 3 oz and 6 oz options. Visit the current menu for available sizes, flavors, and pricing.
How far in advance should I order?
Orders may be placed up to one month in advance. Earlier ordering is recommended for birthdays, events, gifting, and larger orders.
Where do I pick up?
Pickup is available in Irvine, California. The exact address and arrival instructions are included in your order confirmation.
Is there a minimum order?
Orders begin with a box of four. Mix and match from the flavors available that day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Of course. Orders may be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Just reach out.
Delivery and shipping
Do you deliver?
Yes. Local delivery is available within 25 miles of Irvine. Select delivery at checkout to view available dates, times, and fees.
Do you ship nationwide?
Not currently. Dolce is available for pickup in Irvine and local delivery within 25 miles. Join the email list for future shipping updates.
How are the cookies packaged?
Every order is packaged in a signature Dolce box, with each cookie carefully arranged to stay protected and fresh. Our packaging is designed to feel gift ready, whether you are sending it or keeping it.

What sizes do the cookies come in?
Dolce cookies are available in 3 oz and signature 6 oz sizes. Availability may vary by flavor and box.
What flavors are available?
Choose from six signature flavors and a rotating monthly special. Visit the menu for the current lineup and availability.
Are the cookies baked fresh?
Always. Every order is made in small batches and baked fresh for the date you select.
Do the cookies contain allergens?
Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross contact, so our cookies may not be suitable for those with severe allergies. Visit the menu for ingredient information on each flavor.
Storing and reheating
How do I store my cookies?
For the best texture, enjoy your cookies the day you receive them. Store extras in an airtight container at room temperature, or freeze them for longer storage. Cookies with perishable fillings may require refrigeration, so check the flavor description for details.
How do I bring them back to life?
Warm one cookie in the microwave for about 15 to 25 seconds, or in a 350°F oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Heating times may vary by cookie size.
How long do they stay fresh?
Cookies are best enjoyed the day you receive them. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature and warm before serving. Refrigerate or freeze them for longer storage.
Gifting
Can I send cookies as a gift?
Absolutely. Dolce boxes arrive gift ready and can be delivered directly to someone within our local delivery area.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Add your message at checkout and it will be handwritten and included with the order.
Can the gift go directly to someone else?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout as long as it is within the local delivery area.
Corporate and bulk orders
Do you offer corporate gifting or bulk orders?
Yes. Dolce offers cookies for client gifts, office celebrations, events, and holidays. Share your quantity, date, and pickup or delivery needs, and we’ll recommend the best options.
How do I start an order?
Email info@dolcebytina.com with your quantity, date, and whether you need pickup or local delivery. You will hear back within 24 hours.
Can you handle a large order on short notice?
Sometimes, depending on availability and the size of the order. Reach out as soon as possible and we’ll let you know what can be accommodated.

What if something is wrong with my order?
Tell us right away at info@dolcebytina.com. Because every order is fresh and perishable, all sales are final. If something is not right, we will make it right.
