California Privacy Notice
Effective date: 2026
Dolce by Tina (“Dolce by Tina,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a home-based cottage food bakery operating in Irvine, California. This California Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and share personal information about California residents, and describes the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”). It applies only to residents of California.
If anything below conflicts with our general Privacy Policy, this notice controls for California residents on the topics it covers.
Who This Notice Applies To
This notice applies to California residents whose personal information we collect when they place an order, contact us, sign up for our email or text updates, or visit our website at dolcebytina.com. It does not apply to information that is exempt from the CCPA, such as publicly available information, deidentified or aggregated information, or information already covered by certain other laws.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not exchange it for money or other valuable consideration. Because we do not sell or share personal information in this way, we do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights, subject to certain limits under the CCPA:

• The right to delete. You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, information we need to complete an order or keep for our records).
• The right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• The right to opt out of sale or sharing. As explained above, we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. This right is included for your reference.
• The right to non-discrimination. We will not treat you differently, deny you products or services, or charge you a different price because you exercised any of your privacy rights.
